Stylish room, courteous service. There were stores and all stores around the hotel. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, a safe box and a writing desk. Staff was incredibly attentive. Had hot drinks in the poolside bar in the evening.

Contemporary place to stay while travelling around Houston. Absolutely incredible staff, central location and well laid out room. Big size suite and nice bed. There was an excellent restaurant, stores and all stores next door. Great food and impeccable service. Besides, the parking was nearby

The entire hotel was clean, well furnished rooms. The breakfast was complementary with the fruits and pastries, for instance. Location was best possible for me.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poor.

I loved GREAT staff, super location. A decent size unit with a contemporary decor. Amazing dishes were served at the attached restaurant. Fast check-in and friendly service. Just perfect stay in an upscale hotel.
